Tom Wietholter practices in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Litigation Practice Areas, with the majority of his practice working with large and small credit unions.
Tom graduated from Northern Kentucky University earning a degree in public administration and fire science in 1981. In 1986, Tom earned his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Tom is a proud alum of NKU where he taught labor and firefighter law for over 12 years.
Tom currently lives in Edgewood, KY and is a retired Newport, KY assistant fire chief and was an honorable discharge from the Marines.
