Steve Custenborder practices primarily in the firm’s Estate Planning practice area. His practice serves clients throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
Steve works with clients to help them thoughtfully consider all of the details involved in preparing a comprehensive and custom-tailored estate plan, from distributing their assets to appointing guardians and planning for the succession of family-owned businesses. He also has experience establishing and funding private foundations and incorporating philanthropic giving into the estate planning process. Steve offers all of his clients personalized, one-on-one guidance and representation, and he emphasizes ensuring that his clients can make informed and strategic decisions.
In addition to helping clients establish their estate plans, Steve also represents clients in all phases of probate and trust administration. This includes representing fiduciaries in the performance of their duties and representing heirs, beneficiaries, and other interested parties during the administration process.
Steve is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, where he serves on the Estate Planning Committee and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. He is also a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association.
Steve lives in Hyde Park and enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
