Kathleen Farro Ryan practices in the firm’s State and Local Government Practice Area. Her practice consists primarily in the representation of local governments, private property owners, organizations, and developers. Kathy is the law director for Evendale, Glendale, Arlington Heights, and the Village of Lockland in Ohio. Her representation of clients focuses on the following areas:

Kathy was selected for inclusion in the 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 editions of Ohio Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star in land use and zoning.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Kathy now resides in Union, Kentucky with her husband and two children. Kathy is an avid genealogist. She is passionate about assisting organizations and individuals with family trees, genetic genealogy questions, and the preservation of historic records and gravestones.
