Gary Davis is a partner and has headed the firm’s Business Law Practice Area for a number of years. He began with Wood + Lamping after spending two years in the Tax Department with the national accounting firm of Deloitte. In the first few years, his practice consisted primarily of income and estate tax matters.
In the last couple of decades, his practice has grown into a number of areas including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Contract negotiations
- Corporate law
- Business organizations
- Acting as general counsel for clients
Gary currently serves as outside general counsel for one of the largest branding and package design firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is licensed to practice law in both the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Gary lives in Kentucky and is an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals.
