Gary Davis is a partner and since 1994 has headed the firm’s Business Law Practice Area. He began with Wood + Lamping after spending two years in the Tax Department with the international accounting firm of Deloitte. In the first few years, his practice consisted primarily of income and estate tax matters.
Since then, his practice has grown into a number of business-related areas including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Contract negotiations
- Corporate law
- Business organizations
- Acting as general counsel for clients
Gary currently serves as outside general counsel for numerous closely held businesses. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is licensed to practice law in both the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Gary lives in Kentucky and is an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals.
