Scott Hoberg, practices in the Probate Litigation, Estate Planning, and Family Law practice areas.
Driven by a passion for civic and neighborhood engagement, Scott’s practice centers around helping families and professionals realize their dreams and bring stability to their lives.
In addition to his practice, Scott is a published author and presents legal education seminars on family wealth planning, real estate, and family law. Scott’s experience and research has helped him advise other attorneys and guide clients through issues ranging from real estate and estate planning to family law. Scott has also served as a guest speaker on numerous occasions and hosted a podcast involving estate planning and probate law.
Scott graduated from Fordham University with a degree in political science and received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Scott currently resides in Pleasant Ridge with his wife, Lindsey and two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys watching the Reds and serving with the Rotary Club of Cincinnati.
