Amy Schott Ferguson practices in the firm’s Community Association Law Practice Area. She centers her practice around building relationships and making a difference in the lives of the people she helps.
Amy clerked at Wood + Lamping 32 years ago, and we’re excited to welcome her back to help our clients solve the unique legal problems they face in community associations. Drawn to the variety of cases and meticulous nature of Community Association Law, Amy loves that her cases provide her with fresh challenges — it’s never the same thing twice. Amy has handled all aspects of Community Association Law, including litigation, foreclosure, covenant drafting and enforcement, and Board and annual meetings over her nearly 30 years of practice.
Outside of the office and courtroom, Amy lives in Madeira with her husband and has two adult daughters, Isabella, and Olivia. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors and can often be found walking, attempting to garden, and exploring new places to eat and drink. She also volunteers at a local dog shelter, Save the Animals.
