Lisa Conn practices in the firm’s Community Association Law Practice Area. Her practice centers around community associations and condominium laws, drafting revised covenants, attending board and annual meetings, and litigating enforcement and other association-related civil cases.
After seven years of practicing civil litigation in California, Lisa returned to Cincinnati, her hometown. She joined the firm of Cuni, Ferguson & LeVay Co., L.P.A. where she built on her career-long focus in litigation, working with her clients closely from the start of the controversy. Her work extends into the Ohio Valley Chapter of the Community Association Institute, previously serving on the board of directors and presenting at seminars. Lisa is enthusiastic about helping community association clients find solutions to problems and relishes the challenges she faces daily.
Outside the office and courtroom, Lisa lives in Madeira and is a proud parent of her daughter Emma and canine daughter Mollie. She loves to travel and has visited an impressive 29 countries so far. She also enjoys watching her daughter play basketball.
