Cassaundra Edwards practices exclusively in community association law and advises homeowners’ associations and condominium associations on the following:
- Fair Housing concerns
- Liability issues
- Nonprofit corporate procedures
- Insurance questions
- Governing document interpretation and amendments
- Delinquency collections
Cassie is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, Florida, and the federal Southern District of Ohio. She graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2005 and went on to earn her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law in 2009.
In 2018, Cassie was listed as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Cassie is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and frequently discusses legal issues unique to community associations at the CAI legal expert seminar.
Cassie lives in Loveland, Ohio, with her husband, their two children, and the family’s rescue dog. They enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and they are the biggest Disney fans you will find.
