Hank Menninger Named as an Approved Mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio

Hank Menninger, in his 34th year as part of Wood + Lamping’s Bankruptcy and Business Restructuring Practice Group, has been named as an Approved Mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. As someone who has served as a Panel Bankruptcy Trustee, Debtor Counsel, Creditor Counsel, and Council for Creditors’ Committees in Chapter 11 Reorganization Proceedings, he is uniquely qualified to mediate disputes across the bankruptcy spectrum. Hank is certified by the American Board of Certification in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy. He was recently voted by his peers as one of the area’s “Super Lawyers” in Cincinnati Magazine for the 20th consecutive year; and has been honored in Best Lawyers in America for the last 15 years, having been named Cincinnati “Lawyer of the Year” by that publication in 2018 for his work in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights, Insolvency and Reorganization Law, and Cincinnati “Lawyer of the Year” again in 2022 for his work in the area of Bankruptcy Litigation.
