A member of W+L’s Real Estate Practice Area, Jeff concentrates his practice in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate (acquisition, development, construction, financing, title insurance, brokerage, leasing, closings, and 1031 Exchanges) as well as banking, probate, and private legal matters.
Jeff has significant experience in real estate and banking litigation and commercial workouts, where he represents both individual and institutional clients. He is a frequent lecturer, served as an adjunct professor in the subjects of real estate law and finance at Northern Kentucky University for eleven years, and offered the same expertise at a local community college for three more.
Jeff was licensed as an attorney in 1981.
