The EB-5 Regional Center Program Has Been Temporarily Continued to December 11, 2015

Yesterday, the Congress passed a continuing resolution which includes the continuation of the EB-5 Regional Center Program for a short term to December 11, 2015.  The EB-5 Regional Center Program was set to sunset yesterday, September 30.  This temporary extension will provide the Congress with more time to consider a long-term reauthorization bill that would include legislative reforms of the EB-5 program.

If you would like to use the EB-5 financing for your projects or real estate developments, or file an EB-5 immigration petition for you or your family, please feel free to contact Jing Zhang, Esq., at 513-706-6618, 513-852-6086, or jzhang@woodlamping.com.
