Roccina S. Niehaus to Present at “Obergefell’s Implications for Fair Housing” Seminar

On April 6th, Roccina S. Niehaus will deliver a presentation at the “Obergefell’s Implications for Fair Housing” seminar hosted by the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors® and the Cincinnati Bar Association. This special event is in recognition of Fair Housing Month and will be held at the Sharonville Convention Center. Roccina’s presentation, entitled “Real Estate Closing and Title Implications of Obergefell,” will cover dower, tax reporting, homestead exemptions, and other topics.

Roccina S. Niehaus focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate law.  Roccina has practiced for 34 years, mostly in the real estate field. Her practice has included title review and underwriting, including risk assessment and curative measures; preparation and closing of residential and commercial transactions, subdivision/planned unit/condominium development, and the negotiation and preparation of all types of real estate documents. Her experience also includes representation of several local municipalities and governmental agencies in real estate acquisitions and sales.
