Ray Pikna organizes inaugural CLE program for the Notre Dame Lawyers of Greater Cincinnati

Wood & Lamping’s Ray Pikna has organized the first CLE program to be presented by the Notre Dame Lawyers of Greater Cincinnati. The program, entitled “Ethics, Professionalism, and Substance Abuse Instruction,” will take place from 2:00 to 5:00 on Friday, December 13, 2013 at Frost Brown Todd LLC. This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 2.50 total CLE hours, with 1.00 of ethics, 1.00 of professionalism, and 0.50 of substance abuse instruction, and by the KBA CLE Commission for 2.50 total CLE hours, with 2.00 ethics credits.

Ray practices in our Litigation and Bankruptcy, Business, and Creditors’ Rights practice groups.  He has over 30 years of experience representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts in commercial litigation and in all aspects of bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, with an emphasis in the representation of parties in Chapter 11 reorganization cases and workouts.
