Greg Laux to Present at Estate Planning Seminar

Do you have a will? Do you have a trust? Do you need one? Why or why not? If you have one, how long has it been since you updated it? Do you know who will be guardian of your children or what will happen to your assets if you pass away without an estate plan in place? Have you considered naming Nativity as a beneficiary of your will, trust, 401(k) plan, or IRA? Are you aware of the capital gains tax savings you could realize by making a gift of appreciated stock to Nativity? Do you know that you might be able to reduce your income taxes by making a charitable gift to Nativity?

On Tuesday, April 8th at 8:15 am and Thursday, April 10th at 7:00pm, Nativity parishioner, lector, and attorney Greg Laux will be offering a free Estate Planning Seminar that will provide answers to these complicated legal questions. Greg is an associate attorney at the law firm of Wood & Lamping LLP in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is an active parishioner at Nativity serving as lector, the chairman of the Welcome Sunday program and a member of the Planned Charitable Giving Committee. Greg is also a member of the Pleasant Ridge Development Corporation.

The presentations will be offered in the school cafeteria, and there will be coffee and pastries from The Coffee Exchange of Pleasant Ridge! Please attend one of these presentations and learn more about how you can fulfill your philanthropic goals, save money on your taxes, and leave Nativity in a better place than you found it!

Registration is limited to 15 people. To register for this event, click here.
