Crystal Saresky manages the Default Litigation Practice Area, which advises accounts in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky. The majority of her practice focuses on assisting clients in managing their residential default litigation and default-related matters, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, forfeiture, evictions, appeals, code violations, lender liability litigation, loss mitigation, mediations, best practices, risk management, and compliance.
Crystal focuses on improving workflow processes — to provide prompt and compliant resolution and foreclosure alternatives — to bring a resolution that is satisfactory to her clients, the courts, and her clients’ customers. She offers her clients the same level of quality and service the firm provides in all of its practice areas.
Crystal earned her J.D. at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and an undergraduate degree in history at the University of Kentucky.
Crystal loves spending time and traveling with her husband, Howard, and her young son Eli. Crystal’s goal is to travel to all 50 states and she only has a handful to go.
