Linda A. Ash

Linda A. Ash practices primarily in the Global Business and Immigration practice groups.  For the last 15 years, she has represented international, national and regional employers in matters involving immigrant and non-immigrants visas for foreign employees.   Linda also has over 20 years of litigation experience in a broad range of areas, including toxic torts, product liability, creditors’ rights, and mold intrusion in commercial  buildings.

Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Linda is a naturalized US citizen.  She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson and her JD from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University (1991).  She is licensed in Ohio and admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States.  She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Immigration Committee and the Grievance Committee.

Linda serves as a Trustee on the Clifton Town Meeting.  She is Chair of the Events Committee and a member of the Business Development Committee.  Linda has traveled the world extensively with both family and friends.  Living in Argentina and in Iran has provided her unique, first-hand experience working with people from different cultures.   While overseas, she taught English as a second language to Iranian bankers being transferred to New York, and she consulted with Armenian shopkeepers in their purchasing of goods.  Linda looks forward to each new adventure to broaden her horizons.
