Ohio Default Litigation Case Law Update

The City of Cleveland Heights in Cuyahoga County, Ohio passed legislation this month which will require a $15,000.00 cash bond upon the filing of a foreclosure on vacant residential and/or commercial property.  This legislation is effective immediately; a copy of the Ordinance is attached to this communication.
